Yes. Dr. Juarez is accepting new and existing primary care patients at both the Hillsboro and Lake Oswego offices.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, HealthNet, United Healthcare, Providence, Trillium OHP, and CareOregon. Other Oregon Health Plan (OHP) plans are accepted by referral only. We also welcome uninsured and self-pay patients, and discounted lab pricing is available. We recommend confirming coverage with your individual plan before your visit.

Yes. In Oregon, licensed naturopathic doctors are trained as primary care physicians and can perform exams, order and interpret labs, diagnose conditions, and prescribe within their scope. Dr. Juarez provides full primary care with an integrative approach.
