Botox in Hillsboro & Lake Oswego, OR

FDA-approved Botox® for both medical and cosmetic use, administered by a licensed physician trained and certified in injectables. Provided by Dr. Rosalia Juarez, ND, in English and Spanish.

Botox® for Medical & Cosmetic Use

Botox® is far more than a cosmetic treatment. It is an FDA-approved injectable used both to relax facial muscles for a smoother appearance and to treat genuine medical conditions, including excessive sweating, migraine headaches, and muscle tension. At Amaranta, every treatment is administered by Dr. Rosalia Juarez, ND, a licensed physician trained and certified in Botox® Cosmetic.

Because Botox has both medical and cosmetic applications, the path to treatment differs. Medical-use Botox requires a referral from your primary care physician or a medical evaluation with Dr. Juarez first. Cosmetic appointments can be scheduled directly. Both are available at our Hillsboro and Lake Oswego offices.

Why Choose a Licensed Physician for Botox

Botox is a medical procedure, and who administers it matters. Dr. Juarez is a licensed physician, trained and certified to administer Botox® Cosmetic and dermal fillers. She completed a four-year doctoral program at the National University of Natural Medicine and is licensed by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine. That clinical background means your treatment is guided by a real understanding of facial anatomy, safety, and your overall health.

Cosmetic Botox is priced at $14 per unit. It is an elective cosmetic service and is not covered by insurance. Medical-use Botox may be handled differently depending on the condition and your referral, and our team can walk you through what to expect before you book.
