COSMETIC TREATMENTS

Cosmetic & Aesthetic Services

Cosmetic services are elective and not covered by insurance. All cosmetic treatments are administered personally by Dr. Rosalia Juarez, ND, a licensed physician trained and certified in injectables.

Injectable · Cosmetic

Botox®

$14 per unit

FDA-approved Botox® for cosmetic use. Softens frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet. Total cost depends on the areas treated and the number of units used.

Self-pay. Medical-use Botox may be handled differently.
Dermal Filler

JUVÉDERM® Dermal Filler

$795-$895 per syringe

FDA-approved hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers to restore lost facial volume in the cheeks and midface and soften smile lines.

Self-pay. Pricing depends on the product used.

WELLNESS SERVICES

IV Therapy & Nutrient Injections

Elective wellness services administered personally by Dr. Juarez. A physical exam, lab work, and medical history review are required before any first infusion or injection, with no exceptions.

IV Infusion

IV Nutrient Therapy

$220-$280 per infusion

A blend of vitamins and minerals administered intravenously by a licensed physician. Selected based on your individual labs and clinical evaluation.

Self-pay. Exam and labs required first.
Intramuscular Injection

Nutrient Injections

$45 per injection

Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Biotin (Vitamin B7), or Glutathione injections. Blood tests required to confirm deficiency and repeated post-injection to confirm adequate levels.

Self-pay. Lab work may be covered by insurance.

THERAPEUTIC INJECTIONS

Trigger Point Injections

For patients with chronic neck, back, or shoulder pain. Often recommended shortly after the acute pain caused by a motor vehicle accident.

Trigger Point Injections

From $220 per session

Targeted injections that deliver medication directly into knotted muscle bands to release tension and relieve persistent pain. Exact cost depends on the number of areas treated.

Primary Care & Naturopathic Visits

Naturopathic medicine and primary care visits are covered as a standard primary care office visit for most insured patients. Self-pay rates are listed below.

Your first naturopathic and primary care visit, including a full history and exam. Insured patients are usually covered as a standard primary care office visit.

Follow-Up Visit

$180per visit
Ongoing visits for established patients. Insured patients are usually covered as a standard primary care office visit.

Laboratory

Blood Draw / Specimen Processing

$20per draw
Blood draw and specimen processing fee. Discounted lab pricing is available for both insured and self-pay patients, which makes important testing more affordable.
Lab test costs are billed separately.

Insurance and Self-Pay

Most commercial insurance plans cover naturopathic primary care visits, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, HealthNet, United Healthcare, Providence, Trillium OHP, and CareOregon. Other Oregon Health Plan (OHP) plans are accepted by referral. Cosmetic services, IV therapy, and nutrient injections are typically not covered by insurance and are billed as self-pay.
